EPOXOTHERM |  Epoxotherm is a two-part epoxy coating that produces a flexible, hard coating film that will have insulation value equal to or greater than four to six inches of batt insulation at 80 dry mils. This epoxy coating was formulated with three different ceramic compounds to block heat absorption from radiant heat surfaces.
Epoxotherm was designed for application over moist surfaces and for use under water or in areas where constant splashing or condensation is a problem.
It is resistant to many chemicals and solvents, and can be applied to metal, concrete, masonry and wood surfaces.
Typical uses for Epoxotherm include:
- As insulation on any surface which is exposed to constant moisture and wetness
- As insulation to prevent conden-sation on cold water pipes and chiller tanks and domes
- As insulation on any underwater substrate or where constant water splashing or pooling is a problem
