Born in Medan North Sumatera on May 1959. As an Economic Management bachelor and doktorate in Business Law, for 15 years he living his career at United Tractor (ASTRA Group). He owned his Heavy Equipment and Trucks Recondition Company and a former chairman of Heavy Equipment and Trucks Recondition Assosiation. In present he also a Director of PT Multicoat Prima Abadi.

Other previous activities was Chairman from several State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and currently he is a Commissioner from some private companies. Building Construction THE JOB Our Job is for all range of work of building construction, renovation or demolition. We are defined as such if it is the signatory as the builder of the prime construction contract for the project. We are also responsible for the supplying of all material, labor, equipment, (engineering vehicles and tools) and services necessary for the construction of the project. Mechanical and Electrical Engineering INSTALLATION Installation and commissioning of Electrical systems is our principle activity. We maintenance a permanent experiences management teams with diversified industrial background. Thus our projects have the field skills to provide quality results on schedule. In commisioning we can tap out technical resources in Enginering and Maintenance to lead this important phase. Construction work is done on a Lump Sum, unit and a labour cost. MAINTENANCE MKU are well aware of the importance of maintenance to efficient plant operation and of the need for the some knowledge in construction and commisioning. We therefor offer the following maintenance and repair service with the idea that are skills can also provide better commisioning efficiency. Better efficiency is good for you and MKU EMERGENCY SERVICE Our technicians are always available for emergency short term calls. This is normally done on an hourly rate and expenses but may be part of full service contracts. We recommend a service Contract which fixes elements of cost. Contract Maintenance on Site Contract maintenance is offered to provide labour and or management to clients on a long terms basis. Thus out to be more cost effective for the client since training programs and extra personal training are not required. Furthermore skilled people are made available when required for peak load conditions such as for shut downs. This service is usually done on the basis of a cost plus fee which depends on a number of staff and service provided. Typically this service includes: - Recommendations and repairs

SCHEDULED CONTRACT MAINTENANCE This is sub set of contract for relatively small plants where permanent staff is not required. The services available are covered above but done on an scheduled number of visits. This is usually combined with demand or call in services covered above. Typically the schedules are 2-20 times per year and usually 1 or 2 days perv isit. This service can be done using the client facilities or our portable shop.
